Whether you need to learn more about finding the right product, ordering CPAP equipment or working with your insurance company to make sure all the proper paperwork is filled out, we are here to help. What is your contact information?

Can I purchase products without a prescription (Rx)?

Yes, you can purchase non-prescription products as you would purchase any other item. However, PAP machines and masks do require a prescription. For more information and help submitting an Rx to Snoosz, please visit our Submit Rx page.  You can also download a prescription form for your physician to complete and sign, then fax to Snoosz at 646-215-6499.

What does my doctor need to include on a prescription?

The physician contact information, including name and phone number, as would be found on a typical Rx pad or e-prescription, would be needed. You can download the Snoosz Rx form that your physician can complete and fax to Snoosz at 646-215-6499.  If your physician is using a typical Rx pad, or e-prescribing for PAP devices, the type of machine needed should be indicated, such as a CPAP, Auto CPAP, BiLevel, along with the device pressures. Please let us know if you want Snoosz to forward details of your purchases to your prescribing physician.

Do you accept my insurance plan for payment?

We accept credit and debit cards for payment for all items purchased at www.snoosz.com. We do not accept Medicare, Medicaid, or any government affiliated insurance plans such as Medicare Advantage or Health Exchange plans. For information about your individual insurance coverage, please contact your insurance provider. Snoosz does participate with a limited number of private health insurance plans. Please visit the Insurance Policy page or call our office at 888-976-6679 for more information.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Your payment information is entered and stored through a secure gateway. Credit card data is not seen or handled by our staff for online orders.

can i pick up purchased items at your office?

Yes, for most common items. Snoosz has one location at 423 West 55th Street, New York, NY. However, unless otherwise specified, orders purchased on the website are are shipped from multiple locations across the US to ensure product availability and timely delivery. can someone show me how to use my equipment?

Snoosz staff are here to help! Call our customer service number for help, and for certain items like CPAP machines, we will provide detailed guidance and even schedule a phone appointment with you with a clinician to ensure our full attention to your needs. Is what you sell covered by warranty?

We handle warranties for all items we sell according to manufacturer guidelines. Most device warrantees run for 2 years. Please call us at 888-976-6679 or email us at info@snoosz.com for assistance.

What is your shipping policy?

Purchases totaling over $99 qualify for free shipping anywhere in the continental US. See our Shipping Policy page for more information.

I returned my merchandise. How does it take to get a refund credit?

Generally it takes about a week after receipt of merchandise to post your refund. Returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number first to return the product. Snoosz cannot accept returns of opened patient-use items. Please read our Return Policy page.

Can I track my order?

You should receive an order confirmation email when your order is initially placed, followed by a shipping confirmation email. Most orders ship within one full business day, but can take up to 3 business days.
