Order delivery times are determined by estimating the shipping date and the time that it takes a package to travel from our facility to your address. Orders scheduled for standard shipping will be packaged and scheduled for delivery by the United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Orders over $99 are eligible for free Priority Mail shipping. Delivery times may vary. If you live in an area that is experiencing service delays, it may take at least 2 – 3 additional business days to receive your order. Standard shipments sent via the USPS are not trackable.
The fulfillment of your order may depend upon product availability. In stock items will ship same-day when received before 1:00 pm. Items that are out of stock may delay the fulfillment of your complete order. Standard orders will be shipped in as few shipments as possible. We may delay shipment of your complete order until all items that are out of stock become available.
Orders scheduled for delivery by express mail will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of the order. You will be able to track your packages after your order has shipped by visiting snoosz.com to obtain an express courier tracking number. If your order includes multiple items that need to be shipped separately, you can obtain the shipment dates and tracking numbers of each shipment by visiting snoosz.com. Express orders will be shipped in as few shipments as possible. We will ship all in-stock items within 24 hours, but may delay shipment of out-of-stock items until they become available.
Finding a Missing Package
If you believe that your shipment is lost or stolen, you may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 1-888-976-6679. If your tracked package shows as delivered, but you cannot locate it, please verify your shipping address. If your shipping address is correct, please look for evidence of an attempted delivery by a carrier, thoroughly check the delivery location, and determine if someone other than you may have accepted delivery. Some tracked packages may show as delivered while they are still in transit, so you may receive the package within 24 hours after the tracked delivery date.
Orders returned to us as undeliverable will not be re-shipped. Your order will be re-stocked and a refund will be issued to you. If you believe that the determination that your package was not deliverable was an error (e.g., due to an incorrect shipping address), you may place a new order at snoosz.com.
Some medical products, such as CPAP machines, may not be shipped without a prescription. Some items may not be shipped outside of the United States. Snoosz.com ships to penitentiaries. However, it is the responsibility of the buyer to comply with the policies of the institution, and to confirm that shipments may be received.
Some shipments may be sent directly from the manufacturer. This information will be included in your tracking number.

Once an return has been authorized by Snoosz.com, you will be send an electronic return postage label and follow the directions below.
- Securely package the items you are returning. Use of the original packing materials is advised.
- Enclose your original packing slip which shows the items that you are returning.
- Remove old mailing labels from the outside of the box.
- Print and Affix the return label provided to you to the outside of the box.
- Deliver the package or schedule a pickup with the return shipping carrier.
